Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX to join our North America team. The role focuses on batching concrete to meet precise specifications and delivering quality product to the production crew on schedule.

The operator will perform routine plant maintenance, operate equipment, and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient order fulfillment. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch environment experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and math ability required.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete efficiently using computer or manual controls and adjust as directed by QC.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and minor adjustments.
• Complete customer orders, schedule deliveries, and handle paperwork.
