Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator (Portable H) in the Roanoke/Justin, TX area. You will batch products, coordinate with central dispatch, and manage materials at the plant, ensuring timely reporting of KPIs. The role requires physical work and safety-conscious operations at a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service or dispatch experience.
• Proficient with dispatch systems, PC and telephone headset.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Batch product efficiently using computer or manual controls with correct mix.
• Communicate with drivers to schedule deliveries and complete paperwork.
• Operate front end loader or other materials handling equipment as needed.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff and train new employees.
• Ensure safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed.
• Report key performance indicators timely and accurately.
