Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Lead, Entertainment Operations for the River fleet, based in Basel, Switzerland, with close partnership to Miami. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to shape river entertainment programming and guest experiences across vessels.

You will work with Product Development and partners to refine strategy, manage budgets, and drive scalable operations while aligning with Celebrity brand standards and global partnerships.

Competenze

• Proven experience in entertainment operations, programming, or talent management.
• Ability to scale programs and experiences in evolving environments.
• Strong commercial and guest experience acumen.
• Familiarity with European markets and talent sourcing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Forecasting and managing entertainment budgets.
• German language preferred; knowledge of French, Portuguese, Dutch, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Serbian is a plus.

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing execution of entertainment programming across the river fleet.
• Support development and evolution of Celebrity River entertainment programming with stakeholders.
• Evaluate guest feedback and opportunities to enhance programming and engagement.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to curate experiences reflecting local culture.
• Develop and maintain entertainment operating standards, processes, and assets.
• Manage SOPs, materials, audits, and vessel support initiatives.
• Serve as shoreside contact for operational issues and contingency planning.
