You will drive cross-functional deployment and itinerary planning for Celebrity River Cruises, partnering with Revenue Management, Finance, Operations, and Port teams to optimize fleet deployment and profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 6 to eight years of business analytics, strategy, or financial analysis experience.
• Prior experience in management consulting, high visibility corporate strategy, finance, or revenue management analytical roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data into executive-level reports.
• Robust problem solving and critical thinking skills, with proven ability to structure problems and independently drive towards solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with all levels and functions.
• Pro-active and collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage, coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead near- and long-term strategic planning to maximize fleet profitability and guest experience.
• Create and maintain deployment blockings and itinerary plans.
• Conduct quantitative analyses including profitability, benchmarking, and consumer insights.
• Perform qualitative market trend analysis to support deployment planning.
• Present deployment strategy recommendations to executive management.
• Manage end-to-end deployment and itinerary planning processes.
• Support Destination teams with profitability analysis and financial modeling for port and destination investments.
• Research new destinations and itinerary options to support strategic plans and maximize brand value.
• Monitor future deployment performance to identify opportunities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and tool enhancements.
