Royal Caribbean Group's Royal Caribbean International brand is seeking a Senior Lead, Hotel Operations to oversee attraction governance, policy maintenance, and incident data analysis. The role collaborates with shipboard and destination leaders, vendors, inspectors, and industry groups to strengthen safety, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across the fleet and private destinations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in document administration, data analysis, or governance support.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical documents.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms).
• Experience building dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Ability to travel to ships and destinations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain attraction documentation, standards, and procedures current and accessible.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, vendors, and inspectors on content reviews.
• Analyze incident and maintenance data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate governance across design, build, operation, and incident management.
