Job summary

Global Medical Response's AirEvac LifeTeam is seeking a Program Manager to lead base operations, ensuring safe, patient-centered care and efficient service delivery. The PM provides leadership, problem solving, and process improvement consistent with SOPs and CAMTS standards.

The role emphasizes base budgeting, crew management, customer relations, and cross-functional coordination to support high-quality patient transport and business goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a registered professional nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner is preferred.
• One (1) year management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure an effective business and marketing plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the base team and provide guidance for performance and operations.
• Oversee base operations, budgeting and Performa development.
• Direct reporting relationships with base clinical crew and participate in staff evaluations.
• Guide crew performance management and enforce disciplinary actions per policy.
• Ensure CAMTS and company standards compliance for all base crewmembers.
• Map and listen to customers, manage region contracts and marketing needs.
• Participate in annual base operating, patient transport and capital budgets.
• Represent the company at local meetings and coordinate leadership meetings.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
