Job summary

AirEvac LifeTeam seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership, support and resources so the base delivers high quality patient care safely and efficiently. You will drive problem solving, process improvement and team development, ensuring staff adherence to SOPs and CAMTS standards.

The role includes base budgeting, staff performance guidance, customer relationship management and regional marketing initiatives to optimize service delivery and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a registered professional nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner is preferred.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure an effective business and marketing plan.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide base leadership and team guidance.
• Participate in hiring and evaluate base staff performance.
• Guide crew performance and CAMTS compliance.
• Develop customer relationships, manage contracts and service delivery.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis.
• Represent the company at meetings and lead local leadership gatherings.
