Job summary

AirEvac LifeTeam is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and the resources so that the base can deliver customer oriented high quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner, in line with SOPs and CAMTS regulations.

The PM leads base operations, participates in annual budgets, guides crew performance, manages customer relations and marketing/financial planning, and represents the company at local meetings to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide base leadership and guidance to the team.
• Oversee crew performance management and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage customer relations, regional business development and contract management.
• Participate in base operating budgets and marketing/fiscal planning.
