AirEvac LifeTeam, a Global Medical Response family, seeks a Program Manager to lead the base operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes budgeting, CAMTS compliance, staff development, and cross-functional leadership to deliver exceptional service.

The PM will coordinate with clinical crews, participate in hiring, performance reviews, and customer relations, driving regional marketing and financial planning in a fast-paced EMS setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a registered nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner preferred.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure an effective business and marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead base team and provide guidance to staff.
• Develop annual base budget and Performa.
• Hire base operations personnel and evaluate performance.
• Ensure CAMTS compliance and standards.
• Manage customer relations and regional business development.
• Oversee base marketing and public relations.
• Participate in base operating budget and variance analysis.
• Represent the company at local meetings and lead leadership team meetings.
