Qualifications

• Experience as a registered professional nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner is preferred.
• One year management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure an effective business and marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and guidance to base operations personnel.
• Develop the annual base budget and proforma for the base.
• Manage crew performance and conduct evaluations as needed.
• Ensure CAMTS and company standards compliance across the base.
• Oversee customer relations, in-region business development and contract management.
• Participate in base operating budgets, patient transport planning and capital budgeting.
