Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience as a registered nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner is preferred.
• One (1) year management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure an effective business and marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead base operations and team development.
• Oversee budgeting and perfor­mance management for the base.
• Participate in hiring base operations personnel and evaluate staff.
• Provide guidance in annual performance evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CAMTS regulations for all base crewmembers.
• Coordinate and manage local leadership team meetings.
