Qualifications

• Registered nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner preferred.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure a business and marketing plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead base leadership and team development.
• Develop annual base budget and pro forma.
• Oversee crew management and performance guidance.
• Manage customer relations, contracts, and base marketing.
• Participate in budgeting for patient transport and capital investments.
