Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to oversee line pilots at the base, ensuring compliance with FARs and company manuals. You will collaborate with the Program Director to keep operations efficient and safe.

Qualifications include extensive helicopter flight time, rotorcraft certificates, and prior supervisory experience; compensation includes incentives and a 7/7 schedule with housing provided.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 2000 hours.
• Helicopter time: 1500 hours.
• PIC helicopter time: 1000 hours.
• Turbine experience: 500 hours.
• Night unaided: 100 hours (or 50 unaided + 100 aided).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Develops pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning resources for mission support.
• Conducts local area orientations for new hire pilots.
• Reviews base pilot flight/duty logs and maintains schedules.
• Monitors pilots and assists in day-to-day flight/admin issues.
• Oversees payroll grids submission to Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Operates aircraft safely per Rotorcraft Flight Manual and weather conditions.
• Preflight aircraft and document discrepancies for maintenance.
