LVI Associates in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Building Automation Sales Engineer to drive growth in the BAS/controls market across commercial, data centers, healthcare, and education sectors. You will cultivate new business, build long-term client relationships, and lead proposals from contact to close.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure successful execution, present solutions, and leverage a competitive compensation package up to $190,000+ total, with base

• 3+ years of Building Automation industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop business and build client relationships.
• Knowledge of controls systems such as Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider, ALC, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow your career and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business opportunities within the Building Automation and Controls industry.
• Build relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and end users.
• Identify and pursue projects across commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare & hospitals, schools & universities, and mission-critical facilities.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building Automation Sales Engineer

• Develop and win new business opportunities within the Building Automation and Controls industry
• Build relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and end users
