Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled BAS Project Manager to lead commercial BAS initiatives in the Denver area. You will oversee projects from design through commissioning, manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, controls integration, networking, and commissioning, plus proficiency in project management software and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Building Automation Systems.
• Experience managing commercial projects from $250K to $10M+.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls integration, networking, and commissioning processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BAS projects simultaneously across new construction, retrofit, and upgrade.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers.
• Review and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
• Oversee commissioning to ensure systems meet specs.
• Use MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster collaboration.
• Communicate updates and address concerns promptly.
