Qualifications

• 5+ years in BAS/BMS or HVAC controls.
• Experience coordinating field teams and schedules.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAS projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Ensure quality and contractual compliance.
