Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience in Building Automation Systems.
• Experience managing commercial projects from $250K to $10M+.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BAS projects concurrently (new, retrofit, upgrade).
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers.
• Review and interpret mechanical/electrical/controls drawings.
• Oversee commissioning to ensure systems meet specs.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Provide leadership to project teams and effective stakeholder communication.
