The role emphasizes safety, coordination with technicians and vendors, and timely shift reports. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, be proficient with Word/Excel, and communicate well under pressure while improving reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technology-related coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of technology, software applications, and computer systems.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critical building systems, including mechanical infrastructure, fire, and life safety via BAS.
• Conduct virtual tours of facility systems to verify operation and BAS functionality.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues using BAS data to minimize disruption.
• Support shutdown activities with proper notifications and coordination of work orders with technicians and vendors.
• Prepare detailed shift reports to maintain cross-team communications and continuity.
