Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of HVAC systems.
• High school education; three years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work from building drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Familiar with operation of personal computer and Microsoft Office tools.
• Must have the knowledge of tools, materials, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Building Automation System and maintain equipment.
• Monitor and control the operation of mechanical systems.
• Implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Respond to emergency calls and determine corrective actions.
• Conduct necessary tests and inspections of system components.
