Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a BOC Specialist to monitor and operate the Building Automation System, handle service desk tasks, and coordinate field support. The role requires strong BAS/DDC experience and the ability to respond quickly to alarms and tenant requests.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with 6+ years of progressive BAS experience and be eligible for government security clearance. Excellent technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/associate degree preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance for access to classified information.
• 3 years BAS monitoring and DDC controls experience in building controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate Building Automation System and create work orders.
• Respond to tenant calls and adjust BAS parameters.
• Log issues with call center and assist field trades in troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance; generate reports and triage alarms.
• Ensure service aligns with contract requirements and schedules.
