Seven Executive Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow customer accounts in Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, and industrial controls. You will work with contractors, system integrators, engineers, and purchasing teams to propose solutions and drive revenue.

In this role, you will manage inquiries, prepare quotes, and use CRM tools to track opportunities, while collaborating with field sales and internal teams to ensure accurate orders and high customer

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 2+ years inside sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn and understand technical products and applications.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical applications.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to support customer projects and sales opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training programs.
