Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow BAS, HVAC controls, and industrial controls accounts. You will work with contractors, system integrators, engineers, and procurement teams to provide product recommendations, quotes, and timely responses to inquiries.

You will manage multiple customer projects in a fast-paced environment, leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, order processing, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical applications.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to support customer projects and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal teams to support customer needs.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage account activity, opportunities, and customer communications.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their applications.
• Track and manage multiple customer projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training programs.
