Job summary

Jobot is actively seeking a BAS/HVAC Controls Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead large-scale building automation projects from award to closeout. This on-site, permanent role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

You will own contract scope, translate requirements into detailed proposals and implementation plans, and manage project financials including SOV, committed cost, and cash flow. 5+ years BAS/HVAC field experience and 1+ year PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• PM experience from award to closeout is required.
• Knowledge of project financial management (SOV, committed cost, cash flow, etc.) is needed.

Job Details

You'll manage building automation projects of every size, including the largest and most complex, from award through completion. That means owning contract scope and terms, translating requirements into detailed proposals and implementation plans, and running project financials: schedule of values, progress billing, invoicing, procurement, committed cost and cash flow.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls field experience
• 1+ years of project management experience from award to closeout
• Knowledge of project financial management: SOV, committed cost, cash flow, etc.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Siemens or JCI platforms
• Experience leading complex BAS projects across healthcare, campuses, and high-rises
