$80000 - $120000 per year | Houston, TX | On-site | Permanent
Program high-stakes systems in hospitals, labs, and mission-critical sites, earning $80K–$120K plus bonuses, with a company vehicle, a 401(k) match, and a controls team that keeps growing.
We're a commercial and industrial HVAC solutions company that's been growing steadily for more than 30 years, with offices across North America and a strong, expanding presence in Texas. We're stable and well established, and still small enough at the local level that good technicians get noticed and moved up.
Our controls teams design, install, program, and support systems across the full range of building applications, including central plants, laboratory airflow and pressurization, critical environments, and whole-building energy management.
You'll be the hands-on controls lead on a range of project and service work: installing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting building automation systems in complex commercial and industrial facilities. You'll take systems from point-to-point checkout through startup and then support them long-term on service calls and retrofits.
