Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior PM to lead BAS/BMS projects from kickoff to handover in California. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality BAS/BMS installations.

The role requires 5+ years in BAS/BMS or HVAC controls project management, experience with major platforms, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. A strong focus on field execution and commissioning is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience.
• Experience with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BAS/BMS projects from start to finish within the timeline and budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure installation and commissioning meet project specifications.

Job Details

As a Senior PM on our team, you will manage and oversee entire BAS/BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project requirements are met within the given timeline and budget. You will also conduct regular site visits to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the BAS/BMS systems are done according to the project specifications.

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience
• Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
