Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior BAS/HVAC Controls Project Manager to lead complex BAS/BMS installations in Los Angeles. You will oversee projects from initiation through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BAS/BMS or HVAC controls project management, hands-on experience with major platforms, and willingness to travel to site locations as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience.
• Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BAS/BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring requirements are met within timeline and budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure installation and commissioning align with project specifications.

Job Details

As a Senior PM on our team, you will manage and oversee entire BAS/BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project requirements are met within the given timeline and budget. You will also conduct regular site visits to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the BAS/BMS systems are done according to the project specifications.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience
• Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• BAS/BMS programming
