Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC controls installations in the San Antonio area. You will manage BAS/BMS projects from kickoff through startup and closeout, coordinating field crews, contractors, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building automation or HVAC construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Travel within the DFW area may be required.

Project Manager – HVAC Controls Installation
Salary: $90,000–$130,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Summary: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Controls Project Manager to lead commercial building automation and controls projects.
This position is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and construction sides of building automation and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial handoff through installation, startup, commissioning, and closeout. You'll work closely with customers, contractors, field technicians, programmers, and internal teams to keep projects organized, profitable, and moving forward.
