Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical training and 3+ years of equivalent education/experience
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as required
• Required license(s)/training card as required by local law
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional customer service to build long-term relationships
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and modifications as needed
• Maintain BAS by inspecting logs, schedules, apps, hardware, and programming
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians
• Create/implement programming and graphics for installations and retrofits
• Commission control installations and verify sequences meet design/specifications
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, and related items timely
• Explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in available training and maintain required certifications
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety policies
