Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a BAS Technician Helper to assist with installation and wiring of building automation systems in commercial HVAC projects. You will support senior technicians during startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting while maintaining a safe, organized jobsite and delivering quality customer service.

We value hands-on BAS experience, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; experience with BAS installation is a plus.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and install field devices.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
• Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring for controls systems.
• Mount and wire panels and field equipment under supervision.
• Support senior technicians during startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
