Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a BAS Technician Helper in Olive Branch, MS. The role supports installation of BAS controllers, sensors, and field devices, and assists senior technicians during startup and commissioning for commercial HVAC projects.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on BAS or low-voltage wiring experience is a plus, and strong communication and safety mindset. The job offers growth, training, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hands-on BAS installation, checkout, and service experience a plus.
OSHA 10 hour preferred.
Strong time management and ability to work independently or on a team.
Clear written/verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation of BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring for controls systems.
Mount and wire panels, VAV boxes, and other field equipment under supervision.
Support senior technicians during startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
Read and interpret basic wiring diagrams and installation drawings.
Follow site-specific safety procedures, PPE requirements.
Learn HVAC systems, controls sequences, and BAS software over time.
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
