Qualifications

• HVAC controls experience required.
• 3+ years of HVAC controls experience.
• 3+ years of DDC programming experience.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara 4 and AX software preferred.
• Knowledge of control systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Software programming and start‑up of BAS/controls.
• Troubleshooting and commissioning of building automation systems.
• Document project progress and customer training.
• Coordinate with project team to meet deadlines.
• Service calls and ongoing maintenance as needed.
