Job summary
ModernControls is seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. This role requires managing client relationships, driving revenue growth through service agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong understanding of BAS and HVAC systems, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Compensation includes a competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k), and potentially a company vehicle. The position requires regular travel to client sites.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in BAS, HVAC, controls, or related industry.
Proven track record in account management or technical sales.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system designs.
Responsibilities
Manage existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned BAS accounts.
Develop account plans to support long-term growth and retention.
Drive growth in maintenance contracts and energy optimization solutions.
