Job summary

LVI Associates in Houston is seeking an Account Executive specializing in Building Automation Systems (BAS). You will develop relationships with building owners, end users, and contractors, driving opportunities from prospecting through to award while coordinating with engineering and operations.

Ideal candidates will grow revenue in the Houston market, leverage an established technical and operational support team, and benefit from an uncapped commission structure and long-term career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in BAS sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of controls projects and energy solutions.
• Houston market experience and revenue generation.
• Proven ability to win work and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, end users, contractors, consulting engineers, and facility leaders throughout the Houston market.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new Building Automation opportunities across a variety of commercial and industrial verticals.
• Generate and manage project opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Build a strong pipeline through both existing relationships and new business development efforts.
• Represent the company within the local BAS community and industry network.
