The Iberian Pig, part of Castellucci Hospitality Group, in Charlotte, is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen focused on Spanish tapas and a dynamic wine and cocktail program. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace to ensure timely service during peak hours.

The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant with locations in Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville and Charlotte. The menu is built around creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas and an extensive wine list of Spanish wines and craft cocktails served in a high energy, fast paced environment. Our team is expected to embody a high standard of professionalism and hospitality. The Dishwasher is responsible for supporting timely food service by maintaining clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, executing kitchen systems, communicating effectively with the team, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
