Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year experience bartending in a resort facility preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality at the bar, restaurant, or patio.
• Greet and serve guests; take beverage and food orders and make recommendations.
• Mix drinks, serve wine/beer, prepare to-go orders, and manage bar inventory.
• Handle cash/card transactions; balance the cash register and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee related Food & Beverage functions and assist in events.
