Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a full-time Bartender for Trilogy Bickford Ranch in Lincoln, CA. The role focuses on serving beverages and food to guests at the bar, restaurant, or patio, aligning with brand standards and engaging guests with hospitality.

The position requires prior bartending experience, a valid Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The team emphasizes teamwork and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year experience bartending in a resort facility preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide hospitality by knowing the resort and dining areas.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service to meet guest expectations.
• Greet guests, discern beverage preferences, and make recommendations.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Coordinate with staff on future Food & Beverage functions.
• Handle calls and take beverage/food orders; prepare to-go orders.
• Balance cash and process transactions accurately.
