Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a motivated Server to provide prompt and courteous service in the restaurant, bar, and patio. You will be part of a team reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Pay starts at $16.00 per hour plus tips. Full-time employees working 30 hours+ per week are eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) plans in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months’ related server experience preferred.
• Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to understand and implement dining standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve and clear items following service etiquette.
• Engage guests to ensure needs are met and hospitality is excellent.
• Coordinate with Lead Server and F&B Manager.
• Identify safety issues or guest concerns and report to supervisor.
• Check IDs to verify legal age for alcohol.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
