Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars, stocks all necessary supplies.
• Maintains stock and freshness of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Processes drink orders, mixes and garnishes drinks, practices portion control.
• Checks IDs for guests.
• Detects guest intoxication, demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws.
• Handles cash, verifies charges, records transactions.
• Secures beverage products, food, equipment, and cash.
• Performs cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
