Responsibilities:

1. Anticipate and respond promptly to guests’ needs, acknowledging all guests at all times.
2. Monitor guest reactions and collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction.
3. Maintain positive relations and resolve complaints effectively.
4. Embody SCP Culture & Core Values daily.
5. Provide friendly, fast, and personalized service per hotel standards.
6. Prepare beverages and serve light meals efficiently and warmly.
7. Handle cash transactions accurately and ring sales into the register.
8. Answer phones courteously.
9. Complete daily setup and prep for the next shift.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work permit.
• Valid State-Issued Driver's License.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in cashiering, barista, or food service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
