We are hiring immediately for a full time BARTENDER position.

Location: Microsoft - 15550 North East Turing Street, Redmond, WA 98052. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 2 years of previous bartending experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock the bar with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintain stock and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks, practice portion control.
• Check IDs for guests.
• Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly, demonstrate liquor law knowledge.
• Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Secure beverage and cash assets.
• Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
