Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment.
• Current food handlers and alcohol certification required.
• Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift over 50 lbs if needed.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
• Must pass exams with 90%+ in Food and Beverage training.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the customer and deliver exceptional service with menu knowledge.
• Build rapport with guests through welcoming communication.
• Process transactions accurately using the till system.
• Follow pre-order processes to reduce waste.
• Open and close service efficiently and prepare sections for service.
• Train new servers and uphold company standards.
