Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drink orders; take and serve food when needed.
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Identify and manage intoxicated guests per standards.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Complete required side work and adhere to safety guidelines.
