Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of bartending or related food and beverage experience preferred.
• Must meet all applicable legal requirements for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, standard cocktails, glassware, and garnishes.
• Familiarity with bar equipment, POS systems, inventory procedures, and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to responsible alcohol service and compliance with applicable laws and club policies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Willingness to assist with restaurant operations and event/banquet service as needed.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business and event needs.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and club standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and assist guests with menu selections.
• Enter beverage orders into the POS and process payments per club procedures.
• Prepare, stock, and organize the bar before service with supplies and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized bar areas and storage spaces.
• Monitor beverage inventory and assist with restocking.
• Provide beverage service for private events, weddings, tournaments, and banquets.
• Flexibly work across restaurant, bar, and banquet spaces as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, banquet staff, culinary team, and management for smooth service.
• Respond promptly to member and guest requests and communicate issues to management.
• Follow all alcohol service laws, sanitation standards, and club policies.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and slow or refuse service when necessary.
• Follow cash handling and beverage control procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings; maintain professional appearance.
