Pasadera Country Club seeks an Asst. Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant and beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining service standards and budgets.

You will train and supervise a team, apply sommelier training to wine service, coordinate with culinary for menu updates, and ensure safety, sanitation, and compliant service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of hospitality experience with emphasis on restaurant and beverage operations.
• Hands-on food expediting experience, managing ticket flow and coordination.
• Sommelier training or formal wine education.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant and beverage service, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and service execution.
• Manage the expo station, coordinate kitchen and service for accurate orders and pacing.
• Build positive guest relationships and resolve concerns promptly.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant and beverage staff with coaching.
• Establish service standards and hold teams accountable for hospitality and teamwork.
• Apply sommelier training to wine service and pairings; train staff accordingly.
• Monitor controllable costs, sales, and labor to meet budgets and targets.
• Forecast beverage and operating supplies; coordinate with culinary for food purchasing.
• Collaborate on menu development and seasonal updates with the culinary team.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Coordinate events and promotions with culinary, catering, and marketing teams.
• Track KPIs and implement improvements to guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain clear cross-department communication to support staffing and readiness.
