Job summary

TPC Monterey at Pasadera is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver welcoming hospitality in a fast-paced club setting, preparing and serving beverages with accuracy and flair.

You will work across restaurant, bar, and private events, maintaining high standards, handling payments, and collaborating with servers and culinary staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences during daily service and special functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of bartending or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming hospitality experience.
• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages according to club standards.
• Enter beverage orders into POS and process payments.
• Maintain clean, organized bar areas and equipment.
• Provide service for private events, weddings, and banquets.
• Follow alcohol service laws and club policies.
