Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Appreciation for soccer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, make beverages, and serve guests.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back.
• You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele.
• Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
• Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.
• Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business.
• Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role.
