Job summary

Beach Bear Coastal is seeking a part-time, seasonal hospitality pro who can handle both serving and bartending roles. You'll train from the ground up on expo, server duties, and our bar program, then work a balanced mix of shifts based on business needs.

You will provide friendly, fast service at tables and bar, assist with food running and expo, mix drinks to recipes, keep areas clean, and follow food safety and alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• Serving experience in a high-volume restaurant is required.
• Bartending experience is required.
• Comfortable with a POS system and running food.
• Team player who can run food, bus, and take initiative.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
• Must be 18 years or older; able to stand/walk and carry trays up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Give guests friendly, fast service at tables and the bar.
• Run food and support expo during busy times.
• Make and serve drinks to our recipes and standards.
• Back up bartenders, servers, and kitchen team when needed.
• Keep your area clean, stocked, and ready.

About the role

We're hiring a part-time, seasonal hospitality pro who is a strong server with bartending experience and can work both positions. We train you from the ground up so you know our food, our floor, and our bar:

• Expo: Learn the menu, plating, ticket times, and how the kitchen runs.
• Server: Learn the floor, table flow, GoTab POS, and how we do service.
• Bar: Cross-train behind the bar on our cocktail, beer, and wine program.

Once you're trained, you'll work a mix of serving and bartending shifts based on what the business needs.

What you'll do
