Job summary

Distinctive Hospitality Group operates a beachfront luxury resort seeking an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

You will craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, record orders in the POS, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure guest satisfaction during peak periods.

3 years of experience preferred; you should be able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience preferred.
• Familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury, beach-front resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Bartenders engage directly with customers and floor staff in a beachfront luxury resort. Looking for a dynamic personality that can execute a high level of service while pushing through high volume periods.
