Job summary

Distinctive Hospitality Group is hiring a bartender for a beachfront luxury resort. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays. 3 years of experience preferred; must be familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine.

The candidate will bring a dynamic personality and the ability to deliver high-quality service during peak periods. The role involves serving guests, preparing drinks to recipe standards, logging orders in the POS, and contributing to memorable dining experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine.
• Must deliver high level of service in a luxury setting.

Job description

Bartenders engage directly with customers and floor staff in a beachfront luxury resort. Flexible hours required, including nights, weekends and holidays. 3 years of experience is preferred, must be familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine. Looking for a dynamic personality that can execute a high level of service while pushing through high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury, beach-front resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately and immediatelyinto the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Other Qualifications

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
