Taphouse in Idaho is seeking dependable, Guest-focused bartenders who work well on a team and thrive in a dynamic setting where every shift is different. We’re looking for someone who can move with confidence, read the room, and deliver solid service with zero fluff.

This part-time role offers base pay $11-$14 per hour plus tips. You’ll serve food and drinks, manage tabs, and help create a welcoming guest experience in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Prior serving and bartending experience required.
• Part-time; weekend availability required.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a Guest-first mindset.
• Mix and pour beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.
• Manage tabs, check IDs, and handle payments responsibly.
• Share menu knowledge and offer solid recommendations when needed.
• Keep your section or bar top clean, stocked, and ready.
• Communicate with the kitchen and support crew to keep things running smooth.
